In May 2012 Lee launched his own coaching and change facilitation practice and now works with local (Devon) and national businesses to help them navigate change, and develop individuals and teams.
Lee is a skilled facilitator, creative learning process designer and all-round stimulator of empowered, energised and self-directed innovation.
In 2011 Lee started a two years Masters in Organisational Change at Ashridge. He emerged 2 years later with a deeper, more human understanding of the complex and systemic nature of organisational dynamics. He has gone on to embed this way of ‘knowing’ into everything he does.
He was part the academic team in 2012 that received validation from Plymouth University to run the first ever BA Hons Program in North Devon. He designed and currently delivers the Organisational Leadership module, drawing on the complexity sciences and systems thinking, and using action learning as its informing structure. As a BA program he is proud to say it is unique in the UK.
He also became the Academic Governor for Petroc at time when austerity was really impacting on the FE/HE sector. Working with Governors and the Exec team he helped them explore the issues and challenges ahead.
- Masters in Organisational Change, Ashridge Business School, United Kingdom, 2013
He now blends his academic work with business change consulting and writing a book.
