Kevin is passionate about creating the environment for organisations and people to truly flourish – focusing on great and effective leadership as an enabler for real dialogue, building great relationships, trust and achieving excellence in business results.
Kevin believes that Leadership is foremost about who you are BEING at any moment in time and not just about what you are DOING. He is a skilled and innovative coach and facilitator experienced at working with both individuals, teams and groups.
He also has significant experience developing creative and innovative leadership intervention strategies with a particular focus on helping to create and embed excellence in QHS culture.
His last corporate role being with Siemens UK Plc as the EHS Director of Environment, Health & Safety where he led a strategic zero harm culture change program across all divisions and business units making up the Energy Sector in UK and Ireland. For three years his responsibilities also extended internationally to the Siemens North West Europe cluster countries of Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
At home Kevin is a keen table tennis player and coach. He enjoys all water sports, snorkelling and marine life.
Kevin cites a thriving coral reef as the perfect example of an environment at its best – with all parts working together in harmony, something many organisations often struggle to achieve!
Kevin Stone held senior leadership and director level roles in some of the worlds largest and most complex Energy and Utility sector companies before leaving in 2015 to become a full-time leadership coach and QHS consultant.
As part of the Lacerta team he uses his extensive knowledge of leadership and cultural change programs, and his 30 years’ experience, to help individuals, teams and organisations grow their leadership capability and be at their best more of the time.
