As one of the country’s largest not-for-profits supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs, Dimensions is driven by important core values. People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything they do and they want every person they support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes. They support people to have a louder voice, choice and control in their lives through their 7000 colleagues who deliver ambitious, effective, personalised support often with those whose previous support has not been successful.
Lacerta Consulting started working with the Executive Team in 2017, helping to bring their Strategy 2020 to life through:
- Supporting the quality, rigor and practicality of the leadership conversation
- Leading an ongoing series of off-site development days, which bring new clarity to the decisions, deeper understanding of company patterns and cultural barriers and enablers, and stimulate pragmatic action and experimentation
- Introduce new practices such as "rapid prototyping" and other innovation techniques which increase empowerment, engagement and action.
