Based in Finland, Timo is a specialist in enabling strategic change, with 25 years organisational experience and over 10 years in international consulting.
His consulting work focuses on leadership team facilitation and executive coaching, which he combines with his role as adjunct professor at Aalto University in Helsinki. He has a long experience on large-scale collaborative engagement in organisations to co-create and implement strategies and to renew shared company values and culture.
He has a broad business background and specializes in leadership development and behavioural change to support personal and business performance improvement. His experience of managing senior teams of diverse business specialists from many different cultures and countries has given him significant insights into the complexities of the environment in which today’s executives have to perform day after day.
Timo’s personal research interests are in the area of strategic change initiatives, engagement, leadership, health technology and intrapreneurship. His recent academic work is grounded in human dynamic systems, neuro-leadership and lean thinking, and in methodologies like Appreciative Inquiry and Action Research.
He has spent his career living and working in Finland, USA and Japan.
